Joyce Heinz holds a BS degree in equestrian studies and is a certified instructor through ARIA with and IBA in hunt seat and stock seat. She has operated her own business for over 25 years showing and training at the local, regional and national level with Welsh ponies, gaited horses, Quarter horses, and Paints in a variety of disciplines. 

Joyce has also been a 4H leader for 26 years and is currently employed by Potomac State college in their equine program.
