Eagles’ Wings Show Series will be held at the Berkeley County Fairgrounds.  Gates will open for Horses at 6 am each show date of the Show Series. 

 

From Hagerstown, Maryland:
Take I-81 South towards Martinsburg. Merge onto WV 9 East Exit 12 (Charles Town Exit). Take a left at the end of the ramp towards Charles Town. Go through 5 stoplights. Make the next left onto Grapevine Road (Heiston’s is on your right and the Regional County Jail is on your left). Follow this road until you come to a stop sign (please be careful, this is a very windy road with lots of curves). At the stop sign take a right onto Golf Course Road. You will crossover a one lane bridge and come to Y in the road (on the left will be Stonebridge Golf Course). Stay left and follow the road around. The Berkeley County Fair Grounds will be on your left.  **Follow the signs for Show Series Entrance & Parking for spectators & Horse Trailers. (which will be past the main gate to the second entrance way)

 

From Winchester, Virginia:

Registration Fees

 

Registration fee is $15 per class   

Registration fee for Jackpot classes $25 per class

 

Registration beginning at 7 am on day of shows.  Gates will open for horse trailers at 6 am.

Admission is free

Stall Accommodations & Fees

 

Berkeley County Youth Fairgrounds has ample room for your horse or stable.  A spacious 70+ stalled barn with wide aisle ways within fifty feet from the show arena.  Wash bay area. This day, with all its excitment, calls for peace and calm before your horse competes. Why not rent a stall and ensure that relaxation for both you and your teammate!  Or, your barn can get a block of stalls right next to each other - yet another avenue to help ensure high point award for your barn through team work!

 

THIS YEAR WE HAVE MADE IT VERY EASY -- Stalls are $5! That's right -- $5 per stall, per horse! Come and spend the night or spend just the day -- this is the best way to ensure your horses performance and your state of mind so you can watch others compete when you are not!

Overnight Stall/ rental for entire day  $5 per horse self cleanup a must

 

 

Rules:

 

• All participants are required to maintain and clean your stall out after use unless paid for services

• Courtesy is a requirement for all participants

• Overnight accommodations for horses at the Berkeley County Fairgrounds -- will be available each Friday at 7 pm before the show date. Price for overnight stall with continued stall for show date is $5 dry.    You clean stall.  

• All vehicles and animals will leave the fairgrounds once Show series is over (a reasonable amount of time will be allotted for partiicapants to pack up)

• There will be no dogs allowed at these events (not even on a leash)

Rules & Regulations

 

 

Eagles' Wings Show Series will honor the rules and regulations as stated by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Rule Book  

Proof of Negative Coggins is required for all horses.  We will adhere to a two minute rule for each of our classes.  Please make sure you are ready to roll for each class as we will not hold any class up for anyone after the allotted two minutes.  This is being courteous to all who are competing.

Exhibitors spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis at a special rate of $25 for a 10x10 space.  We encourage vendors to come out to our two day event weekends and take advantage of the selling possiblities.  

Tack Swap area will be established for horseman looking to sell or trade their used and new items -- the rate is $25 for 10x10 space

Contact EW's for more info and reservations. **We reserve the right to turn down any vendor/exhibitor's application that does not meet our family friendly environment.
